Furniture, TVs, live plants and coffee ship to US addresses only; furniture and TVs come with free white-glove delivery in the contiguous US.

Returns & exchanges

• Return any item within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.
• US returns include a free prepaid label; international customers pay return shipping.
• Store-wide exceptions: fragrance and skincare can only be returned unopened; size exchanges are always free.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
• Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed, or any time before they ship.

No warranty (consumable); unopened returns within 30 days. To start a claim, contact support with your order number (it starts with LM-).
